Upon purchase, you will receive access credentials to the App through which all Content is available.

3. License Grant

Upon completing your purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content through the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any rights to sublicense, resell, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Content.

• Share your login credentials with others or allow multiple users to access the same account.

• Use the Product for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Payments and Access

Access to the Content requires a one-time or subscription payment as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change. Failure to complete payment will result in no access being granted.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a review, contact us within 7 days of purchase at andrewgatewaymind@gmail.com.

7. Intellectual Property

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from use of the Content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMPACTA MUNDO SOLUCOES LTDA, its owners, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App and Content at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Content immediately ceases.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Product after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
